The Tinook Story
For artist Judy (Yudit), the idea behind Tinook.com sprung from a place of pure and miraculous joy: Her son told her she was about to become a Grandma.
Now, all grandmas know the thrill, delight and happiness of hearing that news for the first time. But as an artist, something else clicked into place for Judy, who like most creative people, has learned to channel her emotions through expressions of art.
For decades, Judy had created stunningly beautiful mixed-media paintings-bold, colorful artwork that now hangs in private collections throughout the United States, Europe and Israel-mostly for others to enjoy.
With her first grandchild on the way, Judy wanted to create something for her son and daughter-in-law to enjoy-something personal, and binding, between them and the new baby, Ethan. "I just wanted to create a work of art that always reminded them of the love and joy of being parents." she says.
So Judy decided to design a work of art that celebrates a new baby's identity - his or her name. Standard birth certificates are industrial documents that get locked away. So the idea of a fine art naming keepsake print was born - Tinook.com
Not surprisingly, two close friends-also with first grandchildren on the way-asked Judy to create a print for them as well. The rest, as they say, is history.
Each print is a beautifully designed, a unique work of art ready for framing - a wonderful addition to any child's nursery or room. And the companion size is a perfect gift for any doting grandparent.
Whether a parent or grandparent, godparent or family member, a Tinook print is a gift of joy that lasts a lifetime.
