Q: What's the difference between the Companion and Signature prints?

A: The Companion prints measure 11" x 14" while the the Signature prints are 16" x 20". All signature prints are signed by the artist.

Q: What do we use to sign the certificate?

A: We include our Red Heart Pen with every print. The heart is magnetic and a keeper for future use.

Q: What are our payment options?

A: You can purchase online using our PayPal method. if you prefer to pay by credit card give us a call and we'll process your order over the phone. We take Phone orders between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm - Monday through Friday EST.

Q: What should we know about shipping?

A: Your print is protected in a plastic sleeve and shipped in heavy duty tube. We ship using the United States Postal Service.

Q: How long will it take to receive our Tinook certificate?

A: We process your order on the same day it is received and shipped within 24 hours.

Q: Can I order a Tinook print as a gift for somebody else?

A: Yes. Just place your order and tells where to ship your gift.
